Wild Horse's Valley: The Herd Management Browser Game Leaves Beta and goes Live
Horse-themed browser games are not exactly a rarity. Between Ubisoft’s long-running Howrse, the recently kickstarted Horse Reality and the Patreon-funded Horse World Online, browser-based horse games exist in a variety of scopes and flavors.
Unlike the horse games one might encounter on PC and Console, browser are often comprised of static images and strategic choices rather than real time action.
Wild Horse’s Valley is somewhat unique among the genre in that you control a herd of wild horses rather than managing a stable or equestrian center. You take the role of the lead stallion in charge of protecting your herd. In the wild, you may encounter dangers or new herd members.
Wild Horse’s Valley is a two person passion project by a horse-loving German artist and her father, a retired programmer.
After several weeks of beta testing, Wild Horse’s Valley is now live as of October 16th 2019, with several members of the TMQ Discord Community already among its players. The game is free to play on desktop and mobile browsers via www.wildhorsesvalley.com.
